If you was to be guaranteed your wedding day on the hottest, brightest, sunniest day of the year - what venue would you pick? Possibly one that has an outdoor ceremony area, gorgeous gardens to stroll through, plenty of outdoor areas for guests to enjoy a beverage in, and a lovely cool yurt to enjoy your wedding breakfast in?

Well then let me introduce you to the utterly stunning Thorpe Garden by Cripps, and Sarah & Jamie’s wedding.

Right off the bat, I was itching to capture this wedding. Sarah had given a really clear description of her vision for the day, and it fit my approach like a dream; a really chilled day celebrating with their closest friends & family, brilliant food, and a bouncing dance floor. They wanted their photography coverage to really capture the day without it taking them away from their guests for hours.

I was also given the green light to taste canapés and enjoy the utter delights of a Cripps main course. I was sold.

I’m not one for a cliche, but the below pictures will show the day was everything they could have possibly dreamt of. You could not take the smile off Sarah & Jamie’s face no matter how hard you try, and the dance floor (and bar) was being propped up a looooooong time after I was tucked up in bed with my cookies & milk.
